Help desk with unlimited phone support

Just call us as often as you need to and one of our trained team will usually be able to sort the issue out over the phone, there and then. The progress of every request is tracked to make sure nothing is forgotten and all of our team can access the relevant information, including priority and escalations, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Just like you’d get with your own corporate IT department.

Same day, on-site equipment repair or replacement

We know you need your IT to work all the time but it’s an unfortunate fact that equipment does fail now and again. We also know you have better things to do than waste time chasing manufacturers, reading warranty documents or tracking down and installing a replacement. We strive to fix faulty equipment the same day and then deal with all the admin, so you don’t have to. We only supply quality equipment such as HP, Dell and Cisco which is backed by strong manufacturer support networks. We also carry our own stock. This means one of our technicians can visit your site, typically within a few hours, to replace a faulty item and get your IT back to it’s normal, reliable state with minimum hassle.

Reinforcing our pro-active approach, we are very happy to offer advice and recommendations that will help you get the most from your IT investment. This doesn’t mean we’ll be pushing you to spend unnecessary cash on all the latest kit. It’s about making sure you get great value from what you do spend and buy what you really need.
