Our Team
Since 2003, we have been making life easier for small and medium sized businesses. Our management and senior operations team have been in the industry for many years while most of our technicians are a ‘little younger’ and have joined us as university graduates.
We take great pride in our team and know that delivering a great service takes a lot more than great technical skills. Customer service abilities and a strong appreciation for the commercial role of IT in your business are as important as technical expertise, so we actively recruit and then develop everyone’s skills with these in mind. Dare we suggest, that some IT people out there, just don’t share our views on how important these things are (you may have met some of them!).
